Q: How to order?
A: Spellbound operates on the pre-order system. That means we collect all orders and produce them at once. We are limited by the left-over materials we use, therefore we might get in touch with you to discuss alternative colour etc.!
Q: How to pay?
A: Please use the Paypal plugin on the Pre-Order page to pay via credit card or Paypal account. In case you would like to pay with a bank transfer, get in touch with us!
Q: When will I receive my ordered product?
A: The date of the pre-order patch is specified on the information page. This is the (latest) date we will send the items out. The exact date of arrival depends on your location.
Q: Can I return the goods?
A: Yes, if you find the goods not suitable for quality or in any other way damaged, you are encouraged to send them back to us within 14 days from receiving them. Depending on your wish, we’ll replace the item or refund the payment.
